Designing before the interface. Structuring through process.

I’m a Product Designer focused on discovery, listening, and thoughtful decision-making.

My work begins by understanding context, including the constraints, tensions, and trade-offs that shape a product long before screens exist.

I’ve worked across B2B platforms, regulated environments, and operational systems where clarity matters more than aesthetics.

I’m particularly drawn to projects that require aligning business goals, technical constraints, and user realities into something coherent and usable.

How I Work

I start by listening. Before proposing solutions, I look for the real tension in the system, what is slowing it down, what is misaligned, and which decisions are being avoided.

I map processes, define states, and structure ambiguity into clear paths. I make trade-offs explicit. The best design decisions happen when constraints are visible and shared.

I work closely with product and engineering, not handing off screens but building shared understanding. Good systems reduce friction not only for users, but for teams.

Community

Beyond product work, I coordinate UX community initiatives.

For me, community building is not separate from design.

It is about creating spaces where ideas are tested, challenged, and refined collectively.

Listening does not stop at users. It extends to peers, conversations, and shared learning.
